Professor Thorsten Gruber was invited by Dr Rachel Ashman and Professor Steve Baron from the Management School at the University of Liverpool.

The title of Professor Gruber’s seminar was “Exploring the role of academic impact – Is it the end of higher education as we know it?”. In his two-hour-long session, Professor Gruber critically examined the role of academic impact and showed how academics can create awareness for their work.
