Professor Thorsten Gruber was invited by Dr Robert Cluley from the Marketing Division at Nottingham University Business School to give a presentation as part of the Marketing Division Research Seminar Series.

The title of Professor Gruber’s presentation was: “Transformative Service Research – The Next "Big Thing" in Service Research?”. In his presentation, Professor Gruber explained the key features of transformative service research and then discussed two current research projects.
