CSM Member wins Best Paper Award

The Centre for Service Management is delighted to announce that Dr George Tsimonis, Lecturer in Marketing and member of the Centre, has received the Best Paper Award at the 12th International Conference of Contemporary Marketing Issues (ICCMI).

CSM publishes the first and second most cited articles in the Journal of Service Management

We are delighted to announce that two publications by Professor Thorsten Gruber, Director of CSM, are the first and second most cited articles in the prestigious Journal of Service Management.

CSM is proud to welcome a new member to the centre - Dr Virginie Lavoye

Dr Virginie Lavoye who joined 含羞草视频 Business School as a Lecturer in Marketing in February 2024, where she conducts research on augmented reality and sustainable consumer behaviour. Virginie also teaches several marketing courses including Strategic Marketing Solutions.
