This decision-making workshop provides managers and entrepreneurs with a scalable, systematic approach to business decision making. As pioneers in the field of entrepreneurial strategy and knowledge processes, Professor Mat Hughes and Dr Boyka Simeonova will share their expertise and knowledge with executives and business leaders on tools to enhance decision-making. This unique, half-day workshop is the aggregation of over 15 years of academic research in the form of a board game, in which you can learn how to improve decision-making and the competitive advantage of your company.
This half-day interactive workshop will start with sharing crucial research insights into how decisions go wrong and what can make for better decisions. Drawing on the experience of attendees, we will work toward understanding the components of decisions and how to handle uncertainty. Afterwards, participants will learn and play an innovative board game that requires managers to break down their business decision and consider the factors that input into and affect the decision with a view to enhancing their decision-making processes.
The workshop invites senior and middle managers, business leaders and entrepreneurs. The participants will receive the Decision-making Game to further facilitate and practice business decision-making! The workshop will take place at the School of Business and Economics at º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ
