Nitish has a robust background in photonics and optical science, he has made significant contributions to the field through both his research and academic endeavours. He completed his Ph.D. in Physics from Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI), India, where his dissertation focused on pulse shaping in passively mode-locked fiber laser and amplifier systems. Before joining º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ, he worked as a researcher at HILASE Centre, Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, where he was involved in cutting-edge projects related to development of high-power master-oscillator-power-amplifier system at mid infrared spectral region. His work has been published in several prestigious journals, and he has presented his findings at numerous international conferences. His expertise includes advanced laser systems, and the development of photonic devices for a variety of applications. At º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ, he continues to pursue research in these areas, collaborating with both academic and industry partners to advance the frontiers of photonics technology.
