Unconventional Transport in 1D Quantum Magnets

I will first discuss the prediction of ballistic transport at all temperatures in integrable many-body systems and its relation to magneto-thermal experiments in 1D quantum magnets. Then, theoretical and experimental studies on the novel mode of heat transport by magnetic excitations, effective low energy theories and the recently proposed Generalized Hydrodynamics (GHD) approach.
