Senior Lecturer in Functional Ceramics

Background:

Sina obtained his BSc in Material Science from Sharif University of Technology, Iran. After completing his MSc at Queen Mary University of London, he briefly worked as Research Scientist at Nanoforce Technology Ltd before moving to º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ in 2007 to commence his PhD studies in the field of nanostructured oxides for photoelectrochemical water splitting. He then worked as Research Associate in the Materials Department at º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ, working on developing innovative processing of nanostructured ceramic materials and components.  In July 2013, he joined the School of Chemistry at University of Glasgow as a Research Associate working with Prof. Gregory focusing on synthesis and processing of inorganic materials for energy applications. In February 2015 he returned to º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ to take a position as a Lecturer in functional ceramics.
