Rugby Player for º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Lightning and Scotland. Have worked at the University for the last two years as a Performance Lifestyle Mentor and I am passionate about supporting student athletes with their aspirations. MSc Sport and Exercise Physiology graduate.
