Your personal information
All personal information you provide via the Website will be treated as private and confidential. Please see any pages where information is collected for further relevant information. Under the current data protection legislation our lawful basis for processing your personal data is consent; you have given consent for us to send you marketing material by subscribing to our mailing list either via our website or by filling out one of our forms at an event.
Signing up to our mailing list stores your data in Mailchimp, and appears as the data you have entered yourself. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time using the unsubscribe links at the bottom of our newsletters.
LU Arts may compile data in aggregate form so that we may better understand users that visit the Website. Aggregate data is anonymous and does not contain any personal information that identifies users.
Sharing of information
LU Arts will not sell, rent, trade or give away any user's personal information or email lists to third parties without first obtaining the user's consent.
If you ticked the ‘Yes’ box to receive postal newsletters when you subscribed to our mailing list, then at the time of organising a postal mailing, this data is exported from Mailchimp into a spreadsheet which is shared with an internal print and distribution team at º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ who oversee our postal mailings.
Your data is not used or stored by this team for any other purpose.
The website contains links to other websites. LU Arts is not responsible for the privacy practices and / or the content of such websites. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
