Dr Vincent John Delany

Dr Vincent John Delany PhD died peacefully in Colchester, at the age of 95. 

Dr Delany worked as the Director of Finance for the Department of Education and Science for many years until he retired. Following his retirement, he was appointed as an Honorary Fellow of Bath Spa University. As a freelance consultant, he contributed widely to Higher Education.
